Information and service agreements

Megaleios develops mobile apps, web systems, SaaS platforms, and artificial intelligence and automation solutions, and offers AI assessments and consulting. The site presents company information, articles, and offers for these services. Submitting a form or message starts a conversation; it does not, by itself, establish a project agreement.

The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and other obligations for each service are defined in the corresponding proposal and service agreement. The specific terms of an engagement and rights guaranteed by applicable law must be respected.

Projects are proposed with a defined scope, price, and timeline. Source code and documentation are transferred after payment in full, subject to the agreement and third-party component licenses. The 60-day warranty after launch covers corrections under the terms of the contracted service; ongoing maintenance and development are covered by a separate agreement.

The AI assessment and any implementation credit follow the conditions and deadline stated in the corresponding offer and proposal. The website form does not process payment or replace that agreement.

Articles and informational materials should be considered in their context and as of their publication date. Project decisions depend on an analysis of your specific needs and circumstances.

Content and intellectual property

The site’s text, visual elements, brand, and other content are subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership of these materials. Reproduction or use beyond legally permitted purposes requires the appropriate authorization.
