Who it’s for

When U.S. operations need a system of their own

Our U.S. operation runs on spreadsheets and messages

Quotes, service delivery and billing live in separate tools, so someone has to reconcile the records before helping a customer. We trace one real workflow from request to completion to determine which gaps need an integration and which justify custom software. Keep the parts your existing tools already handle well.

Our customers use two languages and different market rules

Serving U.S. and Brazilian customers can involve different date formats, addresses, units and currencies. Translating buttons does not resolve those differences. Decide which rules belong to each operation, which records can be shared and who approves exceptions before designing the screens.

I need a U.S. company and a clear delivery team

You need to know the contracting company, the technical owners and how to review work produced by engineers in Brazil. The proposal should identify the currency, acceptance milestones, communication arrangements and access to a test environment. Our Orlando base does not mean the entire team is in Florida or that on-site service is included.

What we deliver

A delivery scope built around operations and integrations

These items guide discovery and the proposal. Each capability must be validated and included in the contract; this is not an automatic package or a record of work delivered for Orlando clients.

How it works

Four steps to scope, review and launch the work

  1. Workflow discovery

We agree on the goal, users, data and U.S. operating constraints. We check access to integrations and identify who can approve the proposal, producing a scope that supports a fixed price and schedule.

    Before the fixed proposal
  2. Design and market decisions

We validate workflows with the people who serve customers and run the business. Dates, currency, permissions and copy for each language are addressed in the prototype; your business identifies the specialists who will validate applicable legal and accounting requirements.

    Before building the screens
  3. Delivery and acceptance

You review deliveries every 2 weeks in a test environment. We agree on meeting times and acceptance owners across the U.S. and Brazil, rather than assuming continuous availability or identical time differences throughout the year.

    Review every 2 weeks
  4. Cutover & monitoring

The release includes data checks and a plan for external dependencies. Discovery establishes the project schedule; the 60-day warranty covers corrections, while further development is agreed separately.

A platform reference from our work in Brazil

The Meio & Mensagem portal is a public Megaleios reference for a content business and editorial operation in Brazil. It helps you assess our experience with a business platform; it is not an Orlando case study or evidence of results in the U.S. market. Compare the workflow, integrations and publishing responsibilities with your needs instead of treating another project as a forecast.

Pricing

What determines the price of software for U.S. operations

We do not publish an implementation price range for this service. A fixed proposal reflects the factors below. If the question is where to apply AI, the separate AI Assessment costs US$5,000, takes two weeks, and is 100% credited toward implementation contracted within 30 days. That fee is not the price of building a system.

  1. Integrations and data ownership. A documented API with test access is a different starting point from a manual export with no clear owner. Identify your current vendors and access conditions when you first contact us.
  2. Operations across two markets. A bilingual registration flow differs from separate business rules, currencies and consolidated reporting. Define what should be shared and what must remain separate.
  3. Migration while serving customers. Record volume, data quality, reconciliation and any period of parallel operation affect the work. A real data sample helps establish a practical release sequence.
  4. Acceptance and external dependencies. Availability of the U.S. business owner, the ERP vendor and your subject-matter specialists affects the schedule. Third-party approvals are not under Megaleios’s sole control.

After discovery, you receive a fixed scope, price, and timeline. Tell us about your operation and constraints so we can assess what belongs in the first release.

Comparison

Off-the-shelf software, an integration or a custom build?

ApproachWhen to consider itWhat to check for U.S. operations
Off-the-shelf toolYour process fits the existing rules and staff can test the essential workflow.Language, billing, data export and compatibility with the tools your business already uses.
Integration between toolsEach tool does its job well, but staff re-enter the same information.API permissions, account ownership and handling of duplicate or rejected records.
Custom applicationThe workflow that differentiates your business does not fit the alternatives you have tested.Acceptance by the operating team, ongoing infrastructure costs and code access after full payment.

Choose the smallest project that completes a real U.S. business workflow. A custom application needs a business case that holds up against the tools already available.

Questions to compare software vendors in Orlando

AskWhy it matters
Which company signs the contract, and in what currency?Confirm the contracting entity, currency and payment milestones before work begins.
Where are the engineers, and who owns architecture decisions?A U.S. base and team location are separate facts. Identify the people responsible for delivery.
How will we schedule reviews and acceptance across countries? The plan needs agreed meeting times, a working language and an acceptance owner.
Who validates requirements for my U.S. industry?Software implements approved requirements; legal, tax and regulatory validation requires the responsible specialists.
What do I receive if I change vendors?Check source-code transfer, documentation, accounts and dependencies for the contracted system.
Common mistakes

Common mistakes in a U.S.–Brazil software engagement

  • Choosing only by location. Verify the company’s base, then assess the process, delivery owners and completed work. A nearby address does not establish experience with your workflow.
  • Translating without checking operations. Validate dates, currency, addresses and market-specific rules against real examples before approving the screens.
  • Starting without integration access. Identify who grants API access and verify technical constraints before committing to a release date.
  • Leaving acceptance unassigned. Name the person who reviews each delivery for the U.S. operation and agree on how changes are recorded. A meeting without a decision does not replace acceptance.
Built with Our offering includes React, Node.js, .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, Flutter and React Native. Discovery determines web versus mobile, infrastructure and integrations based on the operating workflow, rather than the company’s location.
FAQ

Questions about software in Orlando

How much does custom software for a U.S. business cost?

Implementation is quoted after reviewing integrations, market-specific rules, migration and acceptance criteria. We do not publish an Orlando implementation range. The separate AI Assessment is US$5,000 for two weeks, with 100% credited toward implementation contracted within 30 days.

How long does delivery take?

Discovery confirms the full schedule. Our app-development reference is 4–6 weeks for an MVP and 8–10 for a complex app; those figures are not a general web-system timeline and do not automatically include migration and third-party dependencies. You review deliveries every 2 weeks.

Are you a U.S. company?

Yes. Megaleios is a U.S. company based in Orlando, Florida, since December 2022. Our software-building experience began in Brazil in 2012, with 150+ products delivered. Those facts do not mean every project or team member is located in the United States.

Where is your team, and which language do we use?

Engineering is in Brazil, and we work in English and Portuguese. We agree on the working language, meeting times and decision owners for your project. Our U.S. base is not a claim that the entire team is U.S.-based.

Can we meet in person in Orlando?

On-site meetings are not included as a promise in this offering. The engagement is designed for remote communication and acceptance testing. Any requirement for an in-person meeting must be discussed and confirmed before it becomes part of the proposal.

Will my company own the source code?

Yes. Source code and documentation transfer after full payment, as defined in the agreed scope. The proposal should also identify infrastructure accounts, third-party services and the access needed to operate and develop the system further.

How do payments work for a U.S. project?

Currency, milestones and payment terms are specified in the proposal and contract. Confirm the available payment method before relying on a particular option. Implementation pricing is not an automatic conversion of prices published for Brazil.

Do you work with companies in Brazil?

Yes, we work with businesses in Brazil and the United States. For operations spanning both markets, we define the rules, data and owners on each side. The same screen in two languages may need different behavior, which must be covered by the scope.

Does the project include U.S. legal and regulatory compliance?

We implement the technical requirements defined and approved for the scope. Legal, tax and regulatory validation belongs to the responsible specialists identified by your business. An Orlando base does not establish certification or automatic compliance.

What happens after launch?

The project includes a 60-day warranty for post-launch corrections. Ongoing support and new features can continue under a monthly plan. We agree on responsibilities for integrations and external services so your team knows who to contact when an issue occurs.
